Why No MSG? It's About Time.

袁師傅是土生土長的香港人。在五星級酒店的後廚裡,他度過了人生大半個側影。幾十年間,他看過無數精緻的盛宴,但每當深夜收工回家,最想念的依然是爐灶上那一碗冒著白氣的阿媽靚湯。

"Master Yuen is born and raised in Hong Kong. He spent the better half of his life in the kitchens of five-star hotels — yet what he craved most after every late shift was always that steaming bowl of home-cooked soup."

「香港人太累了。在外面吃得再好,其實胃都在受罪。」袁師傅的湯,不加一粒味精。原塊豬腱細心飛水,食材手工挑選,由武火轉文火數小時,直到湯底呈現天然奶白色,喝完只有一股暖洋洋的舒服感。

"Hong Kong people work too hard. No matter how well you eat out, your stomach is the one paying the price." His soups contain absolutely no MSG — only hours of patient, slow-simmered care.

Is Yum Soup MSG-free? 飲湯有冇落味精?

Yes — completely MSG-free and preservative-free. Every soup is slow-simmered for hours using hand-selected fresh ingredients, producing a naturally rich, clean flavour with zero additives. 完全冇味精及防腐劑,新鮮食材人手挑選,慢火煲製,原汁原味。

How long does it keep? 可以保存多久?

10 days at ambient (room) temperature — no refrigeration required. Yum Soup uses oxygen-barrier heat-sealed pouches so the soup stays fresh until you're ready to eat. 常溫保存10日,無需雪藏,即開即食。

How do I heat it? 點樣加熱?

Two easy options: (1) Boil in water — place the sealed pouch in boiling water for 5 minutes. (2) Microwave — open the pouch and microwave on high for 3 minutes. No defrosting needed either way.

How do I order? 點落單?

WhatsApp us at +852 5912 3326 for direct orders and pickup, or order for home delivery through Foodpanda. We prepare fresh batches Monday to Friday.

What are your opening hours? 營業時間?

Monday to Friday: 11:00–14:30 and 17:00–21:00 (Hong Kong time). Closed on weekends and public holidays. WhatsApp orders may be placed anytime and we'll confirm the next available slot.

Where are you based? 你哋喺邊?

We're based in Fo Tan, Sha Tin — Rm 6, 3/F, Blk E, Phase 2, Wah Lok Industrial Centre, 37–41 Shan Mei Street, New Territories, Hong Kong. We deliver across Hong Kong via Foodpanda and direct WhatsApp orders.

養生燉湯適合邊類人飲?Who is premium braised soup suitable for?

飲湯燉品特別適合需要補身調理人士:抗三高可選黑蒜螺頭姬松茸燉烏雞湯;止咳化痰可選杏汁花膠燉豬肺;滋陰養顏可選椰子鮑魚燉雞。每款均零味精、零防腐劑,由 HK$59 起。

保健靚湯係咪真係無添加?同超市湯包有咩唔同?

完全無添加。飲湯保健靚湯每日由袁師傅團隊新鮮手工煲製,食材逐件挑選,豬腱飛水,慢火煲足3–4小時,天然甘甜。超市湯包多為工廠大量生產並含添加劑;飲湯當日新鮮煲製,常溫真空包裝保存10日,零防腐劑。
